Safeguarding
Safeguarding simply refers to ensuring the welfare of each individual within our care. Whether it be their emotional or physical wellbeing, all of our teams place safeguarding central and paramount to the work we undertake with young people.
Safeguarding concerns can manifest in a multitude of ways and settings and our teams are trained to be alert to this fact; recognising the risk factors and signs and symptoms that a safeguarding breach may have occurred.
Our teams are also well versed in the in-house and local authority protocols and guidance which they should follow if they become aware of a safeguarding issue.
