This week, we held our latest Environmental and Sustainability Forum, led by Hannah and Grace. These small, focused sessions give us the opportunity to explore key topics in depth and make sure every voice is heard.

This time, we looked at how we can strengthen our recycling systems across our schools and head office, and how different lighting within our workplaces affects wellbeing - including practical ways to reduce blue light exposure.

Together, we identified several next steps to help us continue improving how we care for our environment and support those who work and learn within it.

We’re proud of the open, solution-focused approach our teams bring to these discussions, allowing us to make positive and meaningful changes.

Hannah & Grace from our Gloucestershire Head Office took the lead in our first Environment & Sustainability Forum this October.
