Therapeutic Care Worker
Company: St Davids ASC, Brawdy, Pembrokeshire.
Location: Roch, Tiers Cross, Treffgarne. (Haverfordwest).
Salary: Up to £29,500 per annum
(If sleep-ins are required these are paid additionally).
Please note: Sponsorship/Visa assistance is not available for this position.
Part time appplications will be considered.
About Us
At Hartmore Genesis, we provide a therapeutic, stable, and nurturing environment for young people aged 13 to 21 who have experienced significant trauma, emotional and behavioural difficulties, or challenging life circumstances. Our homes, located in picturesque West Pembrokeshire settings, offer a structured and secure environment underpinned by clinical and educational expertise.
Role Overview
We are seeking Therapeutic Care Workers to support our adolescent residents in specialist homes across peaceful, rural West Pembrokeshire. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people who have experienced trauma and adversity.

Current Opportunities and Pay

Entry-Level Care Worker - £27,500.
For those new to the sector but eager to learn and grow.

Qualified Residential Care Worker -£29,500 – £30,500.
For those with a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

Waking Nights Roles -£28,000 (unqualified) – £29,500 (qualified).
4-on, 4-off pattern, 35 hours/week.

Senior Therapeutic Care Workers -£36,000.
Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People is essential, plus prior leadership or senior support experience.

Essential Criteria

Our Recruitment Process
Step One.
Apply for your chosen role. If successful you will be contacted to complete a face-to-face interview at our head office with relevant managers.
Step Two.
If successful you will receive an offer subject to receipt of safe recruitment documents and relevant references, at which point a contract will be issued.
Step Three.
A start date is provided to commence a six-month probationary period which includes an in depth induction process covering relevant training and safeguarding.
Step Four.
After three-months a review is completed with a relevant manager, allowing for a review in training and ongoing progress.
Step Five.
Probationary period is reviewed, providing the opportunity for employees to enrol into further training and qualifications.
