Teaching Assistant SEN
Company: Hartmore Education Ltd, Staunton, Gloucestershire.
Location: Hartpury, Rudford and Gloucester. Gloucestershire.
Salary: £23,500.00-£25,545.00 per annum. Pro Rata.
(Term time only, 30 hours a week, 39 weeks a year).
Once qualified at NVQ level 3, an additional £1,000 SEN point is paid.
Job Type: Permeant.

Hartmore School is a growing, specialist independent day school offering primary and secondary placements for boys and girls aged 7 to 18, helping those with anxiety and, at times, a complex mix of needs. Role Overview
As we continue to expand we are seeking teaching assistants to work across each of our provisions as we continue to increase the number of children we help. We welcome applications from all levels of practice in the SEN education sector, as well as those looking to begin their career journey in education. Professional development is important to us. We provide training to each of our team members, allowing you to become a qualified teaching assistant, with members of our current teaching team having continued their learning to become fully qualified teachers.

Our term dates are in line with other Gloucestershire schools allowing you 13 weeks leave in the academic holidays and a shorter working day.

Our Recruitment Process
Step One.
Apply for your chosen role. If successful you will be contacted to complete a face-to-face interview at our head office with relevant managers.
Step Two.
If successful you will receive an offer subject to receipt of safe recruitment documents and relevant references, at which point a contract will be issued.
Step Three.
A start stae is provided to commence a six-month probationary period which includes an indepth induction process covering relevant trainign and safeguarding.
Step Four.
After three-months a review is completed with a relevant manager, allowing for a review in training and ongoing progress.
Step Five.
Probationary period is reviewed, providing the opportunity for employees to enrol into further training and qualifications.
